Live Webcast

A Live Webcast allows the funeral service to be watched on a computer, as it happens.

3. At this point we would strongly recommend you view our test webcast to ensure you will have no problems watching the live webcast. Log into our website with the username and password provided. A message will confirm that you have logged in correctly, specify the time access will be granted, and provide a link to the test video.

The test webcast shows a sample video to check that everything works. If you can see the test webcast okay, then using the same computer, you should be able to view the live webcast no problems.

If you have any issues seeing or hearing the test webcast, make sure:

If you have checked the above steps and are still having issues, please email support@lifesbigmoments.co.uk with your name, number and details of the funeral service you are intending to watch, and we will call you back to assist.
